Sleeping a total of 24+2, the Palazzina has three large rooms on the ground floor, two with stone fireplaces and one with a piano, with direct exit to the semicircular terracotta solarium. Also on the ground floor is a double bedroom with private bathroom with shower. Completing the floor is a study, a bar area with professional espresso machine, and a kitchen equipped with dishwasher, two refrigerators, freezer, electric oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, and juicer. Also present is an ironing room/wardrobe, card room with TV, billiard room, fitness room, relaxation room with table tennis, and a bathroom with shower.
On the second floor, three double and five twin rooms, one with a panoramic terrace, each with private bathroom with shower. On the low ground floor, a relaxation room with satellite TV and exit to the pool side, a twin room, a double room, a bathroom with bathtub, and a service bathroom.
