Elegant villa in the heart of the Val d’Orcia, built in the second half of the 17th century, once a stopover along the Via Francigena. Nestled in a park of holm oaks and cypresses, and positioned on a hill with breathtaking panoramic views, it is the ideal place for guests and friends.
The villa can accommodate up to 24+2 beds. On the ground floor, three large living rooms, two with pietra serena fireplaces and one with a piano, offer access to the semicircular terracotta solarium. Also on the ground floor are two double bedrooms with private bathrooms equipped with showers. There is a study, a bar area and a well-equipped kitchen. Completing the ground floor is an ironing room/wardrobe, a small living room and a billiard room.
On the second floor, three double and five twin rooms, one with a panoramic terrace, all with private bathroom and shower. On the lower floor, a relaxation room overlooking the pool, a fitness room, and a relaxation room with table tennis for moments of leisure. Here there is also a twin room, a double room, a bathroom with bathtub and a half bath. Guests can enjoy a massage table and a fully equipped yoga room. The villa is also equipped with a laundry room and pantry. Pets are welcome.
The historic grounds are enhanced by an infinity pool (6×12 m), a barbecue area with gazebo, a hot tub, anoutdoor play area, and a volleyball court. The villa has private parking facilities.
